Great activities for kids, but rooms weren’t ready on time.

Loved the beautiful grounds and the amazing indoor pool, which was perfect for our kids to splash around! We also enjoyed the hot tub, perfect for winding down after a day of fun. The only hiccup was that our double room felt a bit cramped for the family, but it didn't spoil our stay at all. 🏨

I loved the beautiful atmosphere at Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa. The views from my room were stunning, especially in the mornings. Our visit included plenty of family activities, like the indoor pool and a visit to the on-site farm, which my daughter adored. The staff were incredibly accommodating, particularly in the Harvest Tavern, where the service was attentive and friendly. Dining options varied, but I found the menu a bit lacking in traditional New England offerings. One downside was the noise from the air conditioning unit. it made the room feel less cozy. Also, there was a misunderstanding regarding early check-in and the promised refreshments upon arrival. Overall, the beautiful scenery and great amenities made the stay worthwhile, but some service aspects could definitely use improvement.

During my stay, I enjoyed the spectacular view from the front porch, which inspired me to explore the nearby Weeks State Park, just over 2 km away, making it easy to hike and take in the beautiful scenery while being conveniently close to attractions like Mirror Lake, which is about 5.5 km from the resort. however, the coffee machine in my room wasn't working well, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyment.

We had a wonderful stay! The breathtaking views from the veranda were a highlight, and the comfortable bed was icing on the cake. The axe throwing contest was such a fun surprise!

It was just an optimal selection for exploring town in Whitefield with good value for money. The staff were attentive and always ensured the rooms were clean throughout our stay. Be sure to check out the stunning views when you visit!
